November 6, 2004.
That's when we wed.
We were young, we eloped, and didn't tell anyone.
He deployed a few months later.
No one thought we'd last.
"Oh it's just AIT love."
Well, twelve years later and here we are. It hasn't been easy. It's not easy. It's still work.
But without work, marriage doesn't last. People give in too easily. Marriage is supposed to last.
This series will be about me and my husband. Not too much, because face it, you don't need to know everything. Marriage is sacred and marriage is supposed to be between two people.
I'm not going to bitch about my husband. But what I am going to share is certain things we endure that I think would be beneficial for you.
If you have a wife instead, I think the same things apply.
So get ready to giggle, shake your fist or shed a tear because this is going to be one hell of a rollercoaster!
